 PROBLEM: The client can email someone else using his business email. But no one else can send emails to the client, that is, the customer is sending emails to the client. But that email is not being received in the client's email, this is the main problem.


SOLUTION: First I checked the DNS setup of the client's business email. I took the webmail login access from him. Then I started checking the DNS setup of his business email carefully. I found that the DNS setup of his business email was wrong, that is, the DNS setup was not done correctly. I then resolved the DNS setup. Now the email is working properly, meaning that when the customer sends an email, the client can receive that email in their business email.
